OnlineDoc offers a wide range of telehealth services via video and phone consultations. 


Our services include, consultations, online scripts, medical certificates, pathology, radiology and specialist referrals and a wide variety of Medicare eligible bulk billed consultations, conditions apply


You can do so by simply selecting the appointment time and paying for your consult, then fill in the form that gets sent to you via sms or email (if you are new to Online Doc) 


You can also select and pay for an on demand script, referral or certificate 


For bulk billed consultations please complete the New Patient Form at the bottom of the Home page and a doctor will then contact you shortly after 


Yes, fees vary based on consultation types


Bulk billed consultations are available, conditions apply


Yes, bulk billed consultations are available for patients whom hold a valid Medicare card AND meet any of the 6 Medicare criteria:


1. mental health

2. blood borne viruses 

3. sexual & reproductive health

4. children under 12 months of age

5. patients that are currently homeless

6. patients residing in a natural disaster area
